Torontonians are complaining about this city's unions and their high wages and low performance.

Who is really to blame? Is it the managers or supervisors who allocate the work to be done?

Is it the department heads or is it the mayor or the councillors?

Efficiency has always eluded city governments.

City workers are getting paid more in salaries and benefits yet their work performance has never improved by the same rate.

Rolling back of wages will never happen.

Contracting out of services will not save taxpayers that much money.

When I am elected mayor of Toronto I will make it a priority to improve the efficiency in all departments and save money.
